Frequently Asked Questions
Do you really buy every product you review?
Yes. We purchase products at retail, just like you would, so our reviews are never influenced by manufacturers.
Are as seen on TV products worth the money?
Some are genuinely clever and some are pure hype. That is exactly why we test them and publish an honest verdict.
How do you rate products?
We look at build quality, whether it does what the commercial claims, ease of use, and value for money.
Can I submit my own review?
Absolutely. Create a free account, verify your email address, and leave a review on any product or product photo. Reviews are approved by our team before they appear.
Can I request a product to be reviewed?
Yes! Use our contact page to tell us which product you want to see tested.
Do you earn money from links?
We may earn a commission from some retailers, but it never changes our verdicts.
